Everything you need to know before you travel
You can book directly on the tour page, choosing your preferred date and number of guests. You’ll receive a confirmation by email shortly after, along with everything you need to know before the day.
You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your experience starts. After that, we will have already reserved your place with our guides and artisan partners, so the booking becomes non-refundable, but you can still change the date of the tour up to 24 hours before.
Every tour page lists exactly what’s included, from materials for workshops to a glass of wine where relevant. In general, we recommend comfortable walking shoes, as the historic centre of Naples is mostly cobblestones, and a bottle of water in warmer months.
It depends on the experience: most of our tours are capped at a maximum of 12 guests, though some, like our workshops, run in even smaller groups to keep things personal. The exact group size is always listed on the tour page.
Yes. Any of our tours can be booked as a private experience for your group alone. Get in touch with us directly and we’ll arrange the details.
Our tours involve walking at a relaxed pace through the historic centre, including some cobblestones, occasional stairs, and when specified also underground spaces. If you have specific mobility needs, let us know before booking and we’ll tell you honestly whether a tour is a good fit.
Naples tours run rain or shine. In the rare case that we need to cancel or reschedule for safety reasons, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to find the best solution.
All our experiences are guided in English.
Yes. Youth aged 5–17 receive a 20% discount on the standard price, and children aged 0–4 join free of charge. Just let us know the ages of your group when booking so we can apply the correct pricing.
On tours that include food, such as Street Food Rituals, let us know about any allergies or dietary needs when you book. We’ll do our best to adapt, though in a handful of cases, such as with certain traditional recipes, a full substitution may not be possible.
